General Information


  • Dates - Monday, July 15 - Friday, July 19
  • Time - 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
  • Pickup Time - 12:30pm 

Shoe - Please wear closed toes shoes for safety.  We will have some games and activities in the indoor gym. 

Snack & Food Allergy - A light snack will be provided to all the children but you are welcome to pack allergy specific snack labeled with child's name. Please drop it off at the registration desk. 


Sign-in Instruction


Sign-in will begin at 8:45am on Monday, July 15th. Please come to the lobby and sign your child(ren) in by signing your initial by their name. Then pickup their name badge and a VBS booklet at the table. If you cannot find their names, there will be helpers by the table to help you. 


Pickup Instruction


All parents or designated pickup person will need to sign-out the child(ren) at the registration desk before pickup. For the safety of the children, we asked that all parents and designated pickup person to line up and wait at the gym entrance door The teachers and staff will assist you with finding your child(ren) and bring them to you.


Food Drive


We will be collecting nonperishable food items to take to the local food pantry to bless others who are less fortunate than us. It is also a good life lesson to let our children think of others' need instead of their own. The children will earn points by bringing in items.

Most-needed food items:

  • Canned tuna, chicken or salmon
  • Peanut butter
  • Meals in a can (soup, stew, chili)
  • Low-sodium canned vegetables
  • Canned fruit in its own juice or water
  • Olive or canola oil
  • Spices (cinnamon, chili powder, cumin, salt-free spice blends)
  • Canned foods with pop-top lids
  • Low-sugar whole grain cereals
  • Healthy snacks (granola bars, nuts, dried fruit)

Please avoid items packed in glass. No candy or sugar-sweetened drinks.


Points System


In order to encourage children to exhibit positive behaviors, we devise a point system to reward them. It will be printed on the passbooks and by Thursday, they will be able to redeem prizes with the points earned. They are also encouraged to donate some of their points to the food drive and we will purchase food items to add to the food drive accordingly. Please note that our youngest group will not participate in the points system due to their age. But they will be rewarded with a small prize by the end if each day to encourage them to keep up with their good behavior.


VBS Graduation Presentation


We will like to invite you and your whole family to join us for worship on Sunday, July 21st. Your children will begin the service with a VBS Graduation Presentation and you will get to see what they have learned throughout the week. We will be providing lunch after the presentation and service. We hope you can join us.

  • Practice Time - 10:30am 
  • Presentation Time - 11:00am
