Packet Pickup: A free VBS T-shirt & other important information will be available to all registered participants on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis during the following times (please note, there will be a limited number of each size t-shirt available, so plan to come as early as possible to get your desired size):
Sunday, 6/13 - 8:30am - 12:00pm
Tuesday, 6/15 - 5:30pm - 7:00pm
Sunday, 6/20 - 8:30am - 12:00pm
All Pre-K and entering Kindergarten children should be walked in by an adult each day. 1st - 6th grade children who are able to clearly state their first & last name to an adult volunteer can be dropped off under the portico. Doors will open at 9:10am.
For safety and security of all children, we are only utilizing a drive-thru pick up option. According to SRC Sheriff's office, we have to prevent a traffic backup on Highway 98; therefore, all drivers must enter the parking lot from the south side of our building. To enter the pick-up line, take Nantahala Beach Road (east of the church at Midway Water/Tom Thumb) to Soundside Drive (turn right) and follow around to rear entrance of our church. Please make sure that you have the large car tag taped (toward the top of the windshield) on the passenger side. An attendant will take the small, daily pick up tag to retrieve children. Please make sure the pick up tags are filled out and ready prior to entering a pick up line. ***PICK UP TAGS ARE REQUIRED FOR CHECK-OUT***
Please be patient with us as we make sure all the children are dismissed safely. Our parking lot team consists of volunteers who are willing to stay in the heat to make sure things run smoothly, please be kind to them. Also, please be mindful of not blocking driveways or entrances on Soundside Drive.
If early pickup is necessary, you must bring the pick up tag, or a picture identification into the lobby before 11:30am.
