Get ready for a week of out of this world fun! Snacks will be provided for all participants, but feel free to send in snacks for your child if they are on a special diet or have any food allergies. Making sure all participants are safe during VBS is a priority. All volunteers are chosen with the utmost care and each station, both indoors and out, are staffed by adults.

Please remember to send child(ren) in clothes that can get a little messy if needed and to dress according to the weather. We have sun, rain, heat and cold any given day! Sunscreen and bug spray will also be available to participants if needed for our outside stations.

On Friday, June 9th at 11:30am of VBS week there will be a Stellar Program for families & friends of VBS participants. Please join us in the sanctuary of St. John’s Lutheran Church to see and hear a galaxy full of music, dancing, and some of what was learned all week.

As we have done in the past, each day we will be taking a collection of money to give back to the community. Last year we rehabilitated the old play set from Community Park with the help from Danny Nelson, Village of Hebron Public Works. We moved it to Dungan Park on Union Street and Amberwood Drive and hope to make more improvements to the park. For example we would love to add more to gadgets to the play set, plant trees for shade and install benches or picnic tables.

We look forward to hosting your child(ren) for a week of incredible fun.
