On the first day, please park at our main campus (at the intersection of Hwy 31 and 225) and bring your child in for check-in. 

  • Please come to the sanctuary lobby through the front doors. Volunteers will check your child(ren) in and give them their name tag and t-shirt, and they will give you a carline card. 
  • All children should have been preregistered in order to participate in this event. There will be no walk up registrations allowed due to the limited capacity this year. 

After Monday evening, all children should be dropped off following the carline path behind the sanctuary (See Carline Tab for more details about carline).  Please do not drop your child off before 5:30 pm as we will not have volunteers ready to receive them prior to then.

Pick up will be done using the carline everyday. Carline will begin promptly at 7:30p.m. Please do not park and come inside to pick up your children. You will need to do so via the carline.

Each participant will receive a free VBS T-shirt! T-shirts will be free for all participants and will be available to be picked up on the first evening during the check in time. Please note that we color code the shirts by grade level group.
